I try to eat a healthy diet in my day to day life (but of course I eat sweets or junk food like everybody else from time to time).
So when I want something sweet but don’t want ‚to cheat‘ on my diet, I make myself some awesome sweet, delicious, yet healthy pancakes with no added sugar.
Normally I eat them in a vegan form (just mix spelt flour with soy/almond/oatmilk with a little bit of baking soda and a banana) but today I had eggs in my fridge, so I thought why not try another one. It turned out to be super delicious and also super quick!
2 TS spelt flour
1 ripe Banana
2 TS Vanillaoatmilk
.. topped with Datesyrup, Cinnemon and warm Rasperrys
